RealPage reports 4Q loss

RICHARDSON, Texas (AP) _ RealPage Inc. (RP) on Tuesday reported a fourth-quarter loss of $20.9 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier. On a per-share basis, the Richardson, Texas-based company said it had a loss of 26 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 26 cents per share. The results matched Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was also for earnings of 26 cents per share.
